*Terms and conditions apply. Subject to the contingent fees set out on the PowersellerŪ website, approved Powerseller® merchants may offer and sell products for free via the Powerseller® website. Approved merchants may however from time to time be required to pay the following contingent fees: (i) fees for any optional subscription and prepaid products and services (including, without limitation, any affiliate, mobile communication, video, advertising or marketing products and services); (ii) fees for any products or services purchased by merchants for use on or in connection with the PowersellerŪ website; (iii) a fee of $1,100.00 (incl GST) if the merchant agreement is terminated within the first 12 months; (iv) any additional shipping costs incurred due to merchant error; (v) any regular buyer fees or charges that the merchant elects in their discretion to absorb (including escrow fees or shipping charges); (vi) any chargeback fees from banks or financial institutions incurred by merchants or by Powerseller (and passed on to merchants) (vii) a minimum monthly transaction value fee of $33.00 (incl GST) (not charged where the total merchant turnover via the website exceeds this minimum amount). Excludes any business or operational costs or expenses incurred by merchants from transacting on the PowersellerŪ website (including any fees from banks or financial institutions).
